Leaders of the future.

At a time when participation in sport and physical activity is nationally at a low amongst teenage girls, C.M.A is at the forefront of creating opportunities for girls to participate and excel in sports. We provide training opportunities in ladies only classes and mixed adults classes from 12 yrs old. Rhian Jones age 14 gained her junior black belt although she completed all the challenges of an adult black belt, including the sparring tests and a 30 mile walk. Lizzie Broom and Becky McPaul were both selected to be trainee instructors due to their level of commitment and motivation in lessons as well as demonstrating their leadership potential. The girls are now working hard to achieve their black belt.
