We are on the edge of Shrewsbury town centre,
fairly close to the castle. We are located just before the railway bridge
as you come into town, on the castle trading estate. The entrance for
castle trading estate is on the right-hand side as you come into town. It
is opposite the Royal mail offices.

This is our dojo. It has very high
ceilings giving it an airy feel.
Floored with soft hygienic foam mats it is a pleasant place to
exercise. |
This is
out shop where you can get yourself kitted out with t-shirts,
trousers, shoes, protection gear in fact everything you need for the
dojo. |
