We are Paul and Clare
Cotterill , we set up C.M.A in 2005 to offer people a
fresh approach to martial arts in the Shrewsbury area.
C.M.A is a family martial arts centre and is open
to all.
We believe that people
work best in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. We welcome people of all
skill levels to C.M.A, and we enjoy seeing our students improve week on
week whilst also enjoying their time on the dojo.
Our dojo is large, bright
and airy, and our reception area, waiting area and changing rooms are
clean and modern.
We combine our 15 years
worth of teaching experience to bring to you invigorating and enjoyable
training sessions in a friendly modern environment.
Both Paul and Clare
have a 3rd Dan in Kickboxing (WAKO) and a 1st Dan in sport karate (W.S.K.A.) |
Our instructors are friendly lot - and very
proficient too - some have won awards at national level. Most
importantly they ensure all attendees to train in a safe and
enjoyable way. Here are some of the team at the July Little Ninja's
graduation.
