Meet the instructors...
Paul and Clare Cotterill , set up C.M.A in 2005 to offer
people a fresh approach to martial arts in the Shrewsbury area.
Combining
their twelve years
worth of teaching experience they offer you invigorating and enjoyable
training sessions in a friendly modern environment.
Paul has 3rd Dan and
Clare has a
2nd Dan in Kickboxing (WAKO). Both have a 1st Dan in sport karate (W.S.K.A.).

C.M.A is a family martial arts centre and is open to everyone.
We believe that people work
best in a friendly,
comfortable atmosphere.
We welcome people of all skill levels to C.M.A,
and enjoy seeing our students improve week on week whilst also enjoying
their time on the dojo.
